Product description:

ADSS cable with a loose sleeve stranding type structure, optical fiber sheathed in the loose tube made of high modulus polyester material, waterproof casing filled compounds. Loose tube (and fillers) around the non metal center strengthening core (FRP3) twisted into a cable core compact, the cable core is filled with the water stopping factice. The outside of the cable core extruded polyethylene (PE) inner sheath. Then the bidirectional twisted two layers serve to strengthen the role of aramid, finally extruded polyethylene (PE) coat or electrical erosion resistant (AT) coat.

Product features:

01. can be continuously electric erection.

02. using the AT sheath, electrical erosion resistant performance, light weight, small cable diameter, reducing the ice, wind and the effect to the tower, supports the load.

03.big span, the largest span more than 1000 meters, aramid armoured process accurately control greatly improves the tensile capacity of cable.

04. More than 4 precise control of fiber length and fiber optic cable stranding pitch to ensure the cable has excellent tensile strength and temperature characteristics, life expectancy greater than 30 years.

Product application:

The ADSS cable is designed to give full consideration to the actual situation of power lines, suitable for different grades of high voltage transmission line. Using polyethylene for power lines 10KV and 35KV (PE) coat; for power line 110KV and 220KV must be through the calculation of electromagnetic field to determine the optical cable hanging point and the use of electrical erosion resistant (AT) outer sheath. At the same time, the careful design of aramid quantity and stranding process to meet the requirements of application of different span.
